Travel support for a limited number of GRSS members and student members may be available from the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society. The GRSS travel support application must be submitted online by 18 April 2022, through the link below:

What the IGARSS travel grant will cover:

• Conference registration fee at your membership grade
• Flight cost to/from nearest airport¹
• Accommodation/Hotel cost for 5 days¹

¹Reasonable estimate as determined by the GRSS Travel Grant Committee.

To apply for an IGARSS travel grant, you must:

• be an IEEE and GRSS member
• be a first author or presenting author on at least 1 accepted abstract
• have not received funding within the last 2 years

You can increase your chances to receive an IGARSS travel grant if:

• you bring in co-funding from your institution or other external sources
• you are an active GRSS volunteer in a local GRSS chapter or local GRSS student chapter
